We have our own data center. we have plan to provide service other company’s through Data Center.We are providing technical support all of our staff over the country.All of our data center product are cisco product, We have specialized Server Engineer and Network engineer.Those people maintain the data center. In case of difficulties we are taking third parties service.
We are using video conferencing system over 4 of our Zone to dedicated line.This is totally legal because we got the BTCl licence.In future we are expand the video conferencing system all of our 18 Zone.
We are concern about security.Our building is under cover more than 50 CC cam and most of the head office staff using IP phone.
IT department has started its journey in BURO Bangladesh beginning of the year 2008, with 4 IT staffs. After that slowly it becomes grown up, now we have more than 50 peoples all over the country, who are ensure services head office to branches. Now BURO have its own data center with latest cisco devices and also containing branded server. Head office IT staff maintaining those servers and also ensure network connectivity all over the branches. Inside of IT department we are segmented by team and all of team member is responsible to ensure their dedicated task.
The Department is committed to delivering advanced level IT customer services through effective business management processes and procedures and a high-caliber IT workforce. We will improve the performance and security of our IT business systems through integration and modernization, and will identify enterprise solutions to reduce redundancies in core business platforms.
A diverse career of thirty years having long experience in the development sector especially in financial services program design, management, institutional and organizational development and training of MF-NGO, Implementation of countrywide savings, micro-credit, micro-insurance program including Disaster Management. He is responsible for conducting strategic planning, effective communication liaison and lobbying with credible creditors, donors and civil society representative, ensuring and executing Organizational HR and administrative, financial policies in operations etc. He is aided by Operational Board of Directors (OBD) of four Directors and One Additional Director. He is the current Chairman of INAFI Bangladesh Foundation and Vice-Chairman of INAFI Asia Trust.
23 years long experience in financial management, fund mobilization, networking, capacity building, System Design, Budget preparation, financial analysis and internal control. Also to design and implement accounting and monitoring systems, savings and credit program management including portfolio management, financial and operational planning. He is the past Chairman of Credit and Development Forum(CDF)- a Network for facilitates microfinance industry.
23 years long experience in Micro-finance Program and Development Project operation and diverse expertise in managing Disaster Management Program, implementing countrywide inward Foreign Remittance Program.
24 years in organizational development, Training and capacity building, partnership management, project management, Organize need based training, workshop and exposure visit, assist in system design and overall capacity building, business development services.
